This original ink and watercolor is #3 of 3 in the series commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Hawaii State Capitol building. The entire Capitol facility is surrounded by a water feature representing the ocean around the Hawaiian islands. It is fed by fountains cast in the shape of the hibiscus; Hawaii's state flower.

The image measures 7.5"x9.5" (8x10) and is framed in a grey modern frame with a white 11"x14" mat.
